Qualifications:• iCertis CLM Certification is mandatory.• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.• Proven experience as a CLM System Analyst, with specific expertise in iCertis CLM.• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management principles and best practices.• Experience in configuring and customizing iCertis CLM to meet organizational requirements.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.• Familiarity with data migration and integration processes.• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for contract management processes.• Translate business requirements into actionable configurations within the iCertis CLM system.

iCertis CLM Configuration:• Utilize your iCertis CLM certification to configure and customize the system to meet specific organizational needs.• Implement and maintain workflows, templates, and rules within the iCertis CLM platform.

System Integration:• Ensure seamless integration between iCertis CLM and other relevant business systems, such as CRM or ERP, to streamline contract-related processes.• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and test integrations.

User Training and Support:• Conduct training sessions for end-users on iCertis CLM functionalities and best practices.• Provide ongoing support to users, addressing system-related inquiries and issues.

Data Management:• Oversee data migration efforts and ensure data integrity within the iCertis CLM system.• Implement and maintain data governance practices to guarantee the accuracy of contract-related information.

Reporting and Analytics:• Develop and generate reports and analytics within iCertis CLM to provide insights into contract performance, compliance, and other relevant metrics.• Collaborate with business intelligence teams to enhance reporting capabilities.

Continuous Improvement:• Stay informed about iCertis CLM updates, features, and industry best practices.• Propose and implement enhancements to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the iCertis CLM system.
