Salary Range: $110K-$130K/Annum
Job Description:
At least one year of experience in Cloud Contact Center design and implementation.Ability to layout design approach for integrating Cloud Contact Center with Enterprise Business Applications.Ability to create low level design documents.Ability to design the solution in compliance with customer's security standards.Responsible for integrating Five9 Contact Center with Enterprise Business Applications.Ability to callout risks if any in the early stage of the project.implement and support Five9 Cloud Contact Center solution.Participate in security and solution review discussionsCreate SOP documentWorking experience of enterprise Cloud Contact Center solutions such as Nice, Genesys, Five9.Working experience with automation tools such as Python, PowerShell or othersWorking experience with cloud networksCISCO KSAs is a plusCisco Call Manager 12.0 and upCisco Collaboration, gateways/ISR'sCertificate managementNetwork & Application-level securityTCP/TLS
