Responsibilities & Qualifications
SHIFT:
2nd Shift - Monday - Friday from 2:00pm - 10:30pm
HOURLY RATE:
$18.00/hr - $21.00/hr
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Custodian will be responsible for the maintenance of the facility or plant, and will provide assistance where needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming themGather and empty trashService, clean, and supply restroomsDust furniture, walls, machines, and equipmentProvide light maintenance to equipmentMove product as needed to facilitate production processesDaily equipment upkeep/safety inspectionsKeep production area & facilities clean and neatPerform basic routine maintenance on equipmentPerform basic routine upkeep on facilitiesResponsible for communicating with other departments to assist with productionAssociate will be crossed trained in multiple areas to help as neededMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or its equivalentMust be comfortable working around chemicals and other cleaning productsMust have basic maintenance skillsMust be comfortable working independentlyMust be self-motivated, able to complete a task to the best of her ability under little or no supervisionPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds requiredWorking conditions are normal for a manufacturing environmentWork involves frequent lifting of materials up to 30 poundsMachinery and tool operation require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats;loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permittedCompany Values & Benefits
