Role: Business Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)Business Analyst Job Responsibilities
Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.Advise on Microsoft Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on Dynamics CRM.Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.Performing requirements analysis.Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.Working closely with EY business, engineering, and Quality Assurance teams.Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance as needed.Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.Performing user acceptance testing.Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.Managing competing resources and priorities.Business Analyst Qualifications / Skills
Strong customer service orientation.Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it.Highly self-motivated and directed.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
