Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, operation policies & procedures, and operations QA testing plansChampion process improvement initiatives in the areas of effectiveness and efficiencyDevelop and maintain quality testing plans for each operations process area assignedExecute operations processes steps and quality testing for the operations areas assignedMonitor process reporting and quality reporting to identify and resolve issues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelors degree in related field of study5+ years healthcare technology industry experience5+ years SQL experience requiredProven problem-solving skills in process management and technologyQuality testing experience
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong attention to detail and time management skillsExcellent client facing skillsLess than 10% travel requiredWork can be performed in a standard office environment or in a home office setting
