Job Description:
Represent clients within various Personal Injury casesHandle all phases of litigation including drafting pleadings and discovery, managing files, handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Required work experience includes:
2-5 years of litigation experience from the side of the Plaintiff in handling Personal Injury, Liability, and/or Nursing Home casesExperienced in working with a mid-sized to a large law firmDemonstrate an exceptional writing ability in reference to pleadings and depositions
Preferred skill/ experiences include:
ACTIVE Bar membership in Indiana and TennesseeFirst Chair experience
Required education/ licenses include:
Juris DoctorateACTIVE Bar membership in Kentucky
