EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Real Estate Audit practice, able to sit in a number of our offices. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.What you'll be doing:

Prepare budgets for each engagementRun client engagements including pre-audit planningReview client accounting, operating procedures and systems of internal controlConduct audit tests to verify fair representation of client financial statementsDocument workpapers and develop accounting worksheetsPerform research on technical issuesReview staff prepared workpapers and programsIdentify issues and propose appropriate solutionsKeep manager/partner informed on status of jobCommunicate with client in order to complete the audit in a timely and efficient mannerSupervise, train and mentor staff during engagementAssess performance of staff for engagement evaluationsWe're looking for someone who has:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required2+ years of audit and/or assurance experienceExperience with real estate clientsPreferred candidates also have:

CPA or parts passed towards completionMaster's degree in Accounting or equivalent fieldAbout our Audit Team:

New YorkFor NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between 67840 and 126800. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
