Position Overview
As a
Client Success Specialist , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and optimization of our digital advertising campaigns for our client. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, project management, and ad operations to ensure the seamless delivery of campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ad operations, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving client success.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to ensure client requirements and objectives are being achieved.Client Communication
Serve as the main point of contact for clients during campaign delivery, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any concerns.Collaborate with client to understand their goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with current strategies.Optimization And Performance Analysis
Monitor campaign performance and proactively optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize ROI.Conduct thorough analysis of campaign data, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.2+ years of experience in ad operations, client success or ad delivery.Salesforce and/or Tableau experience preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.MJH Life Sciences provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
