Let’s move ideas from concept to reality together.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking an innovative Product Line Manager for Consumer MEMS Microphones business. Key responsibilities include:Drive MEMS Microphone roadmap & product definition for Consumer Electronics MarketGather voice of customer, accumulate market knowledge of key targeted customers/segments through competitive and market analysis to develop appropriate commercial strategiesProvide leadership for NPI teams to take a product from concept to mass productionWork with application engineering & R&D teams to drive outbound technical marketing collateralCoordinate global pricing strategy, analyze market pricing and closely monitor end-to-end marginsWork with R&D, Operations & Finance teams to drive the cost to meet margin targetsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field. Masters’ Degree / MBA preferredMust have 4 - 7 years of business / engineering related work experience. Semiconductor / electrical components manufacturing industry preferredStrong communication, interpersonal and influencing skillsSolid analytical skills coupled with the ability to take initiative to solve complex problemsSelf-starter and strong work ethicDemonstrated leadership, project management and organization skillsAble to thrive in a dynamic, high-pace environment
