Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a licensed Nevada and California attorney to join our Las Vegas office as a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney. In this role, you will report directly to a partner and, based on your legal experience, become the primary handling attorney on your cases. Your responsibilities will include court appearances, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, trial participation, and client updates.
