Our company that builds software to help them be successful needs people like you!ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codeRefactor legacy code leaving it in a better state than how you found itEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsIdentify bottlenecks/bugs and devise ways to address themAdvocate for the architectural direction of the front endRequirementsYou have 7+ years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams from start to finishYou’re able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defectsYou’re a team player with great communication skillsYou have superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasksYou are familiar with unit testing, both when writing new code and also backfilling in existing codeSkills & ExperienceExtensive experience building web applications using AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, and ES6Knowledge and competence with testing of Angular components using JestFamiliarity with API-driven development (REST, WebAPI, JSON, XML)Understanding of fundamental design principles related to building a scalable applicationExperience using GitUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience with e-commerce platforms a plusPerksWorking at Inktavo gives you the ability to positively affect small businesses while working in a collaborative team environment that challenges you to grow.We were remote, before it was cool and we don't intend to ever change that!
