An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Philadelphia office to join the Financial Planning and Analysis team to support our newly created Strategic Solutions team. Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibilityAs a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will work with a broad range of stakeholders within Macquarie Asset Management, providing analysis and insight across the business line. You will take accountability for business forecasting, monthly reporting, profit & loss, performance analysis, decision support, process improvement and automation. You will have a positive, proactive approach, excellent time management skills, management experience, and a genuine curiosity to understand the business drivers and trends to generate meaningful analysis.What you offer

Advanced degree or certification (CPA, CFA, MBA) highly valued.7-10 years’ total experience, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial and business reporting in a global financial services organizationStrong sense of ownership and attention to detail with superior analytical and critical thinking skillsExperience with Oracle Fusion, Anaplan, or other similar financial software, as well as advanced skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerpointDemonstrated experience in implementing and documenting process improvements with ability to interact and manage communication with senior stakeholders on a global levelWe love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
