The ideal candidate is an ambitious and solution-oriented professional with a can-do attitude who is excited by the prospect of fueling the growth and success of our company. This position will focus on driving consistent pipeline generation across the team, exceeding quota, using research to gain insight into customer challenges, identifying key stakeholders, and challenging customers' thinking about how our solutions can transform the way their business works. You will guide and lead a team responsible for building and developing business relationships with customers and directing their efforts to drive growth and achieve strategic and operational objectives. This role reports to VP, Sales Operations.Essential Job Functions and ResponsibilitiesRepresent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needsExceed sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tacticsGenerate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outletsSuccessfully generate a consistent pipeline, achieve growth and hit sales targets by leveraging existing relationships and creating new relationshipsDevelop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the fieldMaintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunitiesDaily and weekly update on opportunities and leadsOwn recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representativesRun call and demo reviews, team performance and pipeline metric reviews, 1x1s, and skill sessionsConsult the team on building account action plans to help define appropriate expansion strategiesIdentify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offeredPossess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct presentation and relay objection handlingPrepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentationsAchieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following an defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentationsWork alongside Marketing, Product and Go to Market teams to define the target markets and ideal customer profile.
