Description
At Verily, you will be a driving force in transforming healthcare through technology as the Application Framework and Design System Product Manager. For Verily and its partners, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the primary framework for building Verily’s software applications. This web application infrastructure includes developer tools, libraries, and services that enable application teams to build products with increased speed, consistency, quality and accessibility. On any given day you may be interacting with end users of the precision health platform on capabilities ranging from microfrontends, content localization, automated analytics tracking, component libraries, reusable CI/CD processes and more. Your efforts will help to bridge the gap between clinical research and care delivery, advancing precision health and improving millions of lives.
Responsibilities
Own the discovery, delivery and evangelization of web and mobile application frameworks that enable first and third party developers building on Verily’s Precision Health Platform.Identify opportunities and create a strategy across the Verily product ecosystem to enable teams to build applications faster and with higher quality.Continuously learn and gain insights from your end users and ensure their needs are being met as part of an iterative development process.Establish and be held accountable for metrics that reflect the impact and return on investment of the capabilities being delivered.Demonstrate organizational agility as you collaborate with and work to enable a wide range of teams and stakeholders across Verily.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of product management experience in software application development, including both external-facing and internal-facing products.Product management experience in defining, developing and launching multiple examples of: platform products, developer tools, design systems, mobile SDKs, and component libraries.Experience with some or all of the following technologies: React, REST APIs, iOS SDKs, Android SDKs.Experience leading designers and engineers across organizations to build platform products.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working as a full stack web or mobile developer.Experience in serving users across B2B and B2B2C business models.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000 - $184,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
