Job Summary:DebtBlue is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Data Analyst
with strong experience in engineering, Power BI, and artificial intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing complex data sets, creating insightful reports, and implementing AI solutions to drive business intelligence and decision-making processes. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, develop analytical models, and present findings to support strategic initiatives.Duties/Responsibilities:Data Analysis and Interpretation:Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Perform exploratory data analysis to generate hypotheses and provide data-driven recommendations.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Engineering and Data Management:Collaborate with teams to design and implement data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Develop and maintain data models, databases, and data integration solutions.Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for efficient data access and analysis.
AI and Machine Learning:Ability to apply AI and machine learning techniques to analyze data and develop predictive models.Implement and deploy machine learning algorithms to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and incorporate new methodologies into existing processes.
Business Intelligence:Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.Conduct ad-hoc analysis and generate reports to answer specific business questions.
Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to understand data needs and deliver solutions.Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Train and support team members in data analysis and Power BI usage.
Education and Skills:Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar role.Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques and frameworks.Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
