The candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of health law cases, including litigation, negotiation, and client communication. Handle all aspects of the case, including responsive pleadings, discovery, and conducting fact and plaintiff depositions.join team of attorneys in defending complicated medical malpractice and long-term care litigationStrategize and evaluate cases under the supervision of the shareholder.Collaborate with expert witnesses to strengthen case strategies.Conduct case negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Prepare for and attend mediations to represent the firm's interests.Engage in trial preparation, ensuring all necessary documents and evidence are organized.Maintain effective communication with clients and other counsel throughout the legal process.Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in the State of Missouri.3-5 years of experience in health law.Strong understanding of legal procedures and case management.Certifications:
Active Bar membership in the State of Missouri.Skills:
Excellent legal research and writing skills.Proficient in case management software.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a legal team.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.Education:
