A privately held beverage facility seeks an Operations Director to lead 4 salaried and 40 hourly associates. One who is passionate, adaptable, and drives operational excellence in all areas of business (production, sales, recipe development, quality, inventory, warehouse, & logistics, etc.) will be successful in this Leadership role. Understanding front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations is critical. Products are made fresh every day
for retail & external customer orders

Our client is looking for someone who will love all the beauty the island offers; weather, beaches, water & outdoor sports, plus a great sense of community. They want someone to feel that they can adapt & stay with the organization for a minimum of three to five years.
Future facility expansion is slated for mid-late Quarter 3 of 2025. The desire to grow the business is also a goal as long as the core of how they do business and how employees are valued does not change. Continuing to “feel” like a family is one of the reasons they have a low turnover rate in employment.
Compensation
can go up to 125K base salary with
healthcare benefits
(medical, dental, & vision),
401k
,
3 weeks of PTO, and a $500/month company stipend
to purchase company products. Additional bonus potential is based on company sales and longevity within the organization.
