We are fresh off a funding round and growing quickly.About the roleAs a Marketing Lead at Nok
, you will work closely with our VP, Revenue and CEO to ensure the successful development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to effectively communicate and amplify the company and its product capabilities to target audiences. With your strategic mindset, creativity, and data-driven approach, you will play a critical role in positioning Nok as a leader in recommerce and driving the company’s continued momentum and success.What you'll doCollaborate closely with the sales and leadership team to deeply understand the reverse logistics and recommerce landscape, Nok’s unique selling points and applications/use cases across target audiences.Collaborate closely with the sales team to create and disseminate ABM campaigns and targeted initiatives.Craft compelling positioning, messaging, content, and collateral (e.g., whitepapers, presentations, blog posts) articulating complex niche concepts in an accessible & engaging manner.Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, PR, partnerships, and other channels to drive awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation.Work closely with our VP, Revenue and media team to manage and execute PR efforts, including media relations, briefings, press releases, and promotional activities to generate positive coverage and visibilityCoordinate with product and partnerships teams on go-to-market strategies, campaigns, sales enablement and consistent brand messaging across channels.Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and inform decision-makingStrategize, plan, and execute Nok’s presence at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness, increase visibility, and drive thought leadership and engagementStay abreast of market trends, customer needs, competitor landscape, and emerging channels to inform strategy.Skills and QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year experience in ABM & demand generationProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growthStrong strategic planning, project management, and execution skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to be creative in approach and executionSelf-motivated with ability to work in cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.Proficient with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, common business tools.Proven ability to manage a dynamic team of designers, writers, and support staff with positive results and outputsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levelsExperience in B2B, reverse logistics, retail and/or supply chain industries preferred401(k) + limited match (up to $2,500 after 1 year of consecutive service)100% coverage for preventive care, and (at least) 80% paid for your medical, dental, and vision.
