We are a seeking a strong leader to provide direction and strategy for the engineering group of 50 to simulate, model, design and test state-of- the-art engines and power systems. You will collaborate and direct new advancementsin modular hardware, software and technology.The Role:Reporting to the Vice President, US Operations, you will:Analyze operations and business development activities to include company performance, staffing, program improvements, and policy changesOversee Engineers, technology and operations groups, and administer the staffing to maximize utilization, revenue, and profitCollaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop new and upgraded programs, and ensure customer satisfactionDrive profitability of the business, and manage the P&L, budget and financial forecastingDirect, plan, and implement policies, objectives, and activities to maximize return of investments, and cost reductionsLead Continuous Improvements to increase productivity, quality, and control of operational costsMaintain awareness of the competitive landscape in target market; continually source opportunities for new expansion and updates on industry developments and standardsThe Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with testing and software management experience (3-5 years’ in a testing and software environment), coupled with 10+ years of business leadershipProven track record in managing a P&L with both business and financial acumen to achieve target KPIsExposure and understanding of data acquisition systems, data analysis and processingCollaborative business style to work within a matrix environmentAnalytical thinker with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, contract documentation, and government/industry standards and specificationsCoaching, developing teams, and drive leadership and change managementEnsuring highest level of Health & Safetythailand@chronosconsulting.com The Company: Chronos Consulting is part of the Coberon Chronos Group, an award-winning global leader in permanent…IT vacancy with Oil and Gas client in India - Service Delivery Manager The Service Delivery Manager will…Naval Architect.
