Gravity is currently hiring for a
Systems Software Test Engineer
for our client in

Job Responsibilities:
Perform software testing of controlled chassis products
Develop test cases and test procedures based on product requirements for controlled chassis system with an emphasis on diagnostics, communication, system I/O, and firmware functions
Establish traceability between product requirements, test cases, and test results
Document test finding and perform investigations to resolve reported software or system anomalies
Issue status reports as necessary on software verification status
Develop test designs and scripts for use on automated testing tools
Requirement Qualifications:
BSEE degree or BS in Computer Science
Hands on experience with hardware and/or embedded control system development and testing
Ability to read and understand C programming language
Ability to perform white box testing and conduct investigation
Ability to use microprocessor data acquisition, communication, and flashing tools
Ability to use basic electronic tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators)
Ability to understand hardware schematic principles and design techniques
Ability to debug and test ECU software
Technical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience with vehicle communication protocols (GMLAN, CAN, 14229, KW2000)
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Cradle, Doors, PVCS, Synergy
Familiarity with software test tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape, ATI Vision
Familiarity with AUTOSAR
Knowledge of automated software testing tools (Vector, dSPACE, National Instruments)
