What you’ll do as the Sales Commissions Analyst:Assist in monthly end-to-end global commission calculation process - accrual, sales review, payment approvals, commissions platform maintenance, and payroll submittalComplete reconciliations to ensure accuracy of commission paymentsDocument & administer various sales spiffs and incorporate into rep performance resultsProvide ongoing support and resolving commission calculation-related inquiries and exceptions with the sales teamsAssist in sales incentive plan creation processSupport finance and external auditors with commission audit requestsContinuously assess new hire ramp and ramped rep capacity to inform appropriate quota assignmentAssist with forecasting commissions trends and compensation modelingDrive structure and organization to the overall incentives management functionExperience with commissions software (QuotaPath- preferred, but not required)What you’ll bring to the Sales Commissions Analyst role:2+ years experience in sales operations, finance, or business operationsOr 1 year of direct commissions analyst experienceSFDC proficiencyPrevious experience administering and calculating sales commissionsSuperb attention to detailExcellent communication skillsInquisitive, problem-solver, and highly analyticalWhy should you join Recorded Future?Recorded Future employees (or “Futurists”), represent over 40 nationalities and embody our core values of having high standards, practicing inclusion, and acting ethically.
