Our client is an established innovator in the AI space about to take on a new industry to provide groundbreaking technology to people with hearing loss. They are looking to recruit an exceptional individual to consult and assist in bringing this product to the US market.If you are familiar with and have executive experience with the US hearing market and industry, driven to succeed, and want to join a young dynamic company, we look forward to speaking with you. This is a full-time, W2, home-office based role with a flexible location close to a major airport.Requirements4-7 years’ experience in relevant business development, field sales, and/or marketingPrevious work experience in a management position in the hearing aids industry or organization related to this industryBachelor’s degree – a mustProven negotiating skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skills and attention to detailSelf-starter, dependable, must have strong time management skillsTechnologically savvy with advanced Microsoft Office skills and using CRM systemsAvailable for frequent travel (30%).Job requirementsDutiesConsult and support the company strategic approach to a new Hearing industryEstablish new business verticals and sales channels at the US hearing market.
