Executive AssistantDC Green Bank is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer and manage day-to-day office operations of the organization . The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting senior executives, performing office management duties, supporting departmental needs, and will share a commitment to sustainability, as well as possess exceptional communication and administrative skills.Responsibilities:Plans, schedules, coordinates, and facilitates all aspects of the Chief Executive Officer’s calendar.Oversees and schedules CEO’s business-related appointments, in-person meetings, web meetings, conferences, appearances, and events (including the production of materials, minutes, set-up, breakdown, technology needs, and any necessary travel).Maintains correspondence through processing, proofing, and editing of reports, emails, memos, and other documents, as needed.Collaborates with the CEO, executive team, and staff to coordinate and execute office meetings and related communications.Performs facility management duties, including maintaining office supplies and inventory, managing the common areas, and overseeing equipment-related maintenance needs.Receives direction from COO regarding office operations and is responsible for administrative operational tasks.Responsible for scheduling, organizing, and setting up team meetings, lunch and learns, etc.Develops and maintains a highly organized, electronic document management system for files.Manages and processes invoices and expense reports.Participates in the planningand coordination of employee engagement activities such as team volunteer events, activities for staff and board members, and employee appreciation projects.Supports special projects, work-related tasks, and other duties as assigned.Requirements:A minimum of three years of direct executive support experience.Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Effective oral and written communication skills.Experience providing a range of complex administrative support.Advanced proficiency in MS Office.Position Details:Status: Full-time, non-exemptLocation : Washington, DC.Salary : $80,000-$87,000 annual salaryRequired minimum of three (3) days in office a weekDCGB policies include a preference for hiring District residents, or individuals who become District residents within 180 days of their becoming an employee of DCGB.To Apply:Interested applicants should submit (1) a detailed cover letter expressing their interest and fit for the position, and (2) a CV/resume clearly outlining experience, abilities, and qualifications satisfying the needs of the organization.Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.About DC Green Bank:DC Green Bank develops and facilitates innovative financial solutions to support District businesses, organizations, and residents on the path to a cleaner future for all.
