Position type: PermanentDuration: Full-Time employee with Innova Solutions.Location: Camp Hill, Pennsylvania
As Automation Anywhere Developer
you will:RPA developer with 8+ years of experience working in consulting and services, 4+ years experience with any automation tool, Automation Anywhere is preferred, collaborating with business, IT, and end users.Work with the team to automate integration of multiple applications with other operational systems through automation tools (Automation Anywhere experience preferred.Develop current as-is process model(s) and future to-be process modelUse automation best practices to design the workflowProvide design walkthroughs to stakeholders.Develop, test and deploy AA robotsEnsure enterprise security requirements are implemented.
The ideal candidate will have:
• 8+ years of IT Industry experience with proven maturation• 4+ years of software robots development experience• Must have worked in full RPA life cycle from requirements definition through workflow development, testing and deployment, successfully completed at least 3 enterprise level engagements• Must be able to quickly understand technical roadmaps, industry best practices for implementing RPA and weave them into business solutions required by various program offices.• Must have proven experience working in agile teams, following full development, testing and deployment in short sprints.• Technical knowledge/skills• A solution focused self-starter.• Highly dependable and detail- and action-oriented.• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.• Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.• Excellent presentation skills, with ability to present technical topics to non-technical and technical teams.• Strong inter-personnel skills with ability to work with internal technical team and customers, stakeholders.
Good to Have Skills :Automation Anywhere development experiencePast Experience as a full-stack developer, using any modern, open-source stackIntelligent AA bots development experience, infusing ML code in RPA workflow

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*:
$ 68,500 - 80,500 Per Year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
