Global Sales Manager Position

The Global Sales

Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's global partner strategy. The position reports to the CEO and is a direct manager to regional Partner Sales directors that reports to him/her. Key measurements of success will be indirect sales bookings, new logo acquisition, partner generated leads, new partners recruitment per company strategy, certification, and quality.

Should have experience working directly with Solution Integrators, Resellers, and Consulting (Big 4) Partners, and have strong experience in executing a GTM Plan . Must have fintech background at a minimum, fincrime experience is best. Must have 3 direct reports.

How will you make an impact?

The role will oversee the end-to-end partnership including all types of partners (resellers, SI, consulting ) relationships, building the Client offering to partners, marketing/GTM approach and general thought leadership . There are three key components of this role:

Business Partner ProgramDevelop and manage the Business Partner Program Globally.Work across functional teams such as, marketing, product, professional services, and sales, to identify, recruit and enable partners to support the go to market plan.Provide operational support, partner marketing and lead management through business partners.Reseller & Implementation PartnersAlign with the regional sales and indirect sales of Client solutions through local reseller partners in the various regionsStrategize, plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with global and local reseller partners.Identify and structure proposals for recruiting solution resellersStrategic AlliancesAlliance management of a select number of strategic Global partners.Build innovative new partnering models.

Have you got what it takes?

5-6 years of Partner Sales experience from companies.Experience working in a complex, matrix, and global environmentExperience managing Partner Sales in similar organizations will be an added advantageExperience working with senior leaders, establishing credibility, and building trustDemonstrated success recruiting, developing and selling technology solutions through partners/SI alliances for at least five years on a global level.Demonstrated success in managing partners program of a technology companyDemonstrated success with formulating and executing Go To Market strategies in global and local regionsDirect/field sales experiences in financial solutionsExperiences in working with people across diverse geographies/cultures.Ability to work through ambiguity and be focused on the business objectives.Excellent presentation and communication skills are required.Must be willing to travel.Location : Hoboken, 2 days in and 3 days remote.
