Machine Cleaner,
you will maintain the cleanliness levels and standards of the machinery in the facility.
After 120 days of continuous employment, the pay rate will increase by $0.50.

High school diploma or GED;
ORAccredited school preferredAbility to effectively use machine cleaning toolsStrong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skillsSolid time management skills and the ability to complete all duties efficientlyExcellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work weekends and overtime as neededAbility to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for the duration of the shiftAbility to bend, twist, push, pull, and reach repetitively throughout the shift, hear the crane moving overhead to ensure safety, and follow all PPE requirementsMust be willing to train on 1st shift for two weeksWhat You'll Do as a Machine Cleaner
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in a plastic injection molding plantClean up leaks containing substances such as plastic pellets, water, oil, and antifreezeOperate a shop vac, change absorbent pads, and constantly mop throughout the shift to keep substances off of the floorConduct additional cleaning duties with be required as requested, including emptying trash containers, picking up scrap, sweeping, and dustingWork with Mold Techs concerning leaks around presses, and Maintenance for material leaksMaintain an environment of Safety FirstPerform other duties as assigned
