") (CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF), we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest growing jobs sector in the U.S. We are seeking a Wholesale Sales Manager who will be responsible for the wholesale operation of the PA market and will work with the Commercial team to develop and implement a highly effective B2B sales strategy. The Wholesale Sales Manager position will be based in Pennsylvania and will report to the VP of Commercial Operations.
THE TEAM:Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, Jushi is a vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis company that develops and operates high-end retail locations, premium brands, state-of-the-art cultivation, processing, manufacturing facilities, along with a cutting-edge online platform that is setting a new standard for a sophisticated, data-driven, modern cannabis experience.
Since its founding in 2018, Jushi has grown from just a handful of people with an idea to more than 900 employees strong. Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names: The Bank, The Lab, Tasteology, Nira + Medicinals and Sèche, which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Work with Commercial team to implement a highly effective B2B sales strategy in PAResponsible for oversight, execution, and achievement of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goalsManage day-to-day decisions of the sales team and be the go-to for the sales team to brainstorm and problem solveExecute on strategic plan to achieve quarterly sales targets and expand customer baseFacilitate and manage processes for all B2B sales-related tasksSubmit sales orders accurately and on time to Senior Director of Commercial Operations for approval and to production facility for fulfillmentNegotiate terms with purchasers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.Generate sales revenue through new account acquisition and management of existing accountsIdentify new B2B business opportunities and build existing relationships with cultivators, product manufacturers, and retailersTarget, qualify, and pursue prospects in accordance with company's strategy and techniquesTrack sales revenue metrics and creating monthly KPI reportsResolve escalated customer complaints regarding sales and serviceCreate opportunities through a high volume of contact calls to potential clientsCollaborate closely with fulfillment and distribution teams to ensure accounts receive exceptional serviceCreate and circulate weekly and monthly reports with sales figures and forward-looking goals to executive team
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
At least 5 years of sales experience + 2 years of experience at a management levelBachelor's degree in management, supply chain, or related field requiredFinancial analysis capabilities2 years proven sales experience in the cannabis industry with existing vendor relationshipsHistory of setting and driving strategic sales initiatives in a start-up, fast-paced environmentExperience with distributor management and contract/vendor negotiationHighly effective interpersonal skills, demonstrating an exceptional level of EQ in all professional interactionsStrong negotiation skills, striking a balance between being flexible and driving for results with aggressive timelines*Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner with limited directionThe ability for local travel up to 60%Flexible schedule and ability to work some weekends and eveningsMust pass a background check in accordance with all applicable federal and state lawsWHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER OUR EMPLOYEES AT JUSHI:We offer benefit packages that may include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short, and Long Term Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and 401(k).
