Monday to friday (3 Days/12 Hours)Per Week: 36 HoursRoles & ResponsibilitiesAdministering solutions and medications such as vasopressors and sedativesManaging airwayControlling body temperatureFacilitating brain death testingManaging drains, including extraventricular drains (EVD) in the brainAdministering medicationMonitoring intracerebral pressure (ICP) levelsAssessing neurological conscious and unconscious patientsOverseeing organ donation and procurementSupporting and educating patient and family Providing palliative and end-of-life careQUALIFICATIONSBLS and ACLSNational Institutes of Health (NIH)Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.The ability to stand for extended periods.Strong technical skills.Knowledge of medical terminologyPassionate about patient careRequires a minimum of two years of current RN Neuro ICU experience.
