Pricing Strategy Manager, Sales Solutions
LOCATION:
This role will be based in either the San Francisco or Mountain View offices.

The LinkedIn Pricing Strategy team is looking for a Pricing Strategy Manager to help accelerate growth and improve go-to-market strategy across our fastest growing line of business, Sales Solutions. The Manager will collaborate with leaders in our marketing, sales, and product organizations to help craft new business models, define monetization strategies for new offerings, optimize packaging & pricing for existing offers, and develop global processes to ensure successful pricing execution. RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct hypothesis-driven analyses to identify and quantify pricing opportunities
Scope, structure, and execute upon strategic pricing initiatives to accelerate business growth
Build analytical models to inform and influence pricing strategy
Drive voice of customer interviews and large-scale quantitative customer research
Work with the Pricing, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop and refine solutions, build consensus, and steer senior-level decision making
Design testing and implementation plans to support global rollout of new packaging and pricing initiatives
Communicate key insights to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders
Extract and synthesize key results and prioritize for communication
Transform findings into actionable recommendations
Identify & prioritize opportunities for driving acquisition, revenue, and profit growth
Develop monetization strategies & help determine go-to-market strategy for new offerings
Evolve pricing models to better align with customer value & success
Drive packaging improvements within and across product lines
Optimize price levels based on value/willingness-to-pay, competition, and go-to-market strategy
Develop process foundations to improve price governance, execution, market validation, & decision making
Measure and track pricing KPIs to enable continuous improvements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of experience in relevant management consulting, marketing, or business strategy roles
BA/BS degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Comfort with statistical modeling and/or SQL a plus
Intellectually curious. Strategic and creative problem-solver who loves to tackle complex challenges
Demonstrated success and passion for collecting and using customer insight to drive strategic decisions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, “get it done” entrepreneurial environment
Experience optimizing packaging & pricing for internet / SaaS / Software businesses a strong plus
Relevant graduate level studies/degree in business, analytics or pricing
