The primary role of the Associate Account Manager (AAM) is to complete specific tasks on an assigned book of business at the direction of the Client Service team on the book. The AAM will work directly with the Client Service team, taking direction primarily from the Sr Account Manager or Account Manager. The AAM must be process focused, with an organized approach to a significant volume of transactional work. For the tasks they perform, the AAM is responsible for data integrity in the service system of record. The AAM will be provided growth by being assigned stretch assignments to have some client interaction.

This role will be aligned to the Entertainment Team, which works specifically with clients in the feature film, commercials/advertising, documentary, television series, and special event spaces. The position requires discretion and the ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment. The risks are nuanced, different, challenging, and exciting.

Your Impact:

Day to Day Client Service:Issuance of renewal of mid-term Certificates or Auto ID cardsPolicy checking and processingEndorsement and Audit checking and processingGenerate requests for invoices on policies, endorsements, or auditsOrder loss runsProvide support in document preparation, such as Proposals, Renewal Packets, Loss Summary AnalysisUpdate the system of record to properly reflect conversations, communications, and policy documentationPerform the first review for Quote checking

Corporate Citizenship:Active engagement in corporate initiatives as required for your roleAssist in driving a culture of accountability and collaboration, where great performance is recognizedParticipate in New Business activity as requestedActively support corporate retention goalsFollow procedures for maintaining documentation to mitigate E&OParticipate in any corrective action that have arisen during a local compliance auditEngage in stretch assignments that will further develop their career development

Successful Candidates Will Have:

Property & Casualty insurance experience preferredActive P&C insurance license preferredProven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to follow process and procedures guidanceStrong communication skills and ability to display tact and poise under pressure when working through issuesAbility to work efficiently in a team environment

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $55,000 - $65,000 plus bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
