Cedarhurst, a regional healthcare provider and true friend of older adults, seeks a service-minded, career-oriented individual to join our team as a

Regional Director of Sales & Marketing.

This position will cover communities in IL, GA, and IN with travel Tuesday-Thursday of each week.

As a Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, you will impact the lives of our residents by -Achieving budgeting revenue and occupancy goals of the communityBeing responsible for sales & marketing support and analysis for the region as well as providing direct sales oversight for assigned focused communities.Being responsible in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.Directing sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.Coaching, training, and mentoring all Directors' of Sales (DOS) in the region for maximized performanceEstablishing community based sales metrics monthly that achieve expected occupancy results, and managing/monitoring performance throughout the month, identifying areas for improvementOverseeing thoroughness and accuracy of required community reports such as ownership reports, welcome home, competitive analysis, outreach planning, marketing plans, and coaching plansStrategizing with VP of Sales, other field marketing managers, and portfolio Executive Directors and CRD’s in developing creative programs to identify and connect with key referral sources in the community and identify ways to maintain and nurture those relationships.Supporting and leading the community team and works with operations to ensure optimal first impressions of community exterior, interior and displays models.Other duties as assignedTo become a Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, you will need -Bachelor’s Degree and 2-5 years of experience OR 4-6 years past equivalent experienceFive (5) years successful sales management or leadership in related industry, healthcare industry preferred with multi-site experience.Senior living sales experience requiredWhen considering a career with Cedarhurst, please understand that -Our core values describe our expectation that every team member will be Passionate, Trustworthy, Empathetic, Positive, Respectful, and Approachable - and in every way a real, true friend of those we serve.To be a Cedarhurst team member means you’re devoted to doing The Friend’s Work: In your every effort, you reassure, energize, and inspire older adults in Cedarhurst.Cedarhurst believes that its team is its greatest asset.
