$21.11-$22.50Position:Hardgoods Specialist: Guides guests in selecting snow and bike gear from demo to purchase, ensuring readiness for the hill.Skiing/snowboarding experience and certifications required.Requirements:High School diploma or GED.Hardgoods Sales and boot fitting experience necessary.Outdoor enthusiast with strong selling and guest service skills.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Thrives in fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease.Initiative, quick learning, and certifications completion.Ability to customize and mount snowboard bindings.Safety-conscious, handles physical tasks in varied weather.Critical for expertise culture and gear knowledge.Specializes in ski and snowboard categories, with a desire for growth and education.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.Mammoth Mountain is an equal opportunity employer.
