If yes, we want you to join us!This is a hybrid position that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility.ECHO’s benefits include:11 paid holidaysExtremely affordable medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid PTO5% 401K matchTuition ReimbursementDuties/Responsibilities:Provide creative direction, foster a collaborative environment, and motivate a team of talented designers.Drive the execution of our project's creative vision, ensuring designs align with brand strategy and marketing goals, while creatively transforming complex ideas into clear and compelling concepts.Lead multiple projects from ideation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious deliverables that uphold the highest quality standards.Effectively communicate project goals, deadlines, and expectations to the design team, employing top-notch pitching strategies to sell creative concepts to key stakeholders across cross-functional and management teams.Proactively mentor and cultivate the skills of your team members, promoting a culture of ongoing improvement, learning, and development.Maintain a deep understanding of current design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.Job Experience/Skills:Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative leadership roleProven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaignsStrong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative workAgency or CPG in-house design experience preferredExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsAdept project management skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate and meet deadlinesProficiency in design thinking methodologies and brainstorming techniquesWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteEducation:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design preferred.Travel:
