Job Duties:Assist in the facilitation of day-to-day operations and general administration of university policies regarding non-discrimination and sexual misconductAssist the University Title IX Coordinator with the development, implementation, and monitoring of University policies regarding non-discrimination and sexual misconductOversee and coordinate timely completion of university process resolutions, including providing supervision to investigatorsConduct prompt, thorough university-process resolutions of Title IX/EEO complex casesProvide EEO/Title IX guidance and support to campus partners, such as Student Affairs, Human Resources, Academic Affairs, and AthleticsPrepare and disseminate educational materials, including brochures, posters, and web-based materials that inform members of the campus community of their rights and responsibilities under applicable University policies, state laws, and federal lawsIdentify and analyze trends or patterns in case data and prepare regularly scheduled, detailed reports: uses data to identify process improvementsParticipate in investigative team or work group meetings; prepares and assembles materials for use at such meetingsServe on university-appointed committees as assignedPerform other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Master’s Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a related fieldDemonstrated knowledge of Title IX and VAWA and other applicable laws and regulations are requiredExperience in conducting investigations alleging discrimination and harassmentKnowledge of and experience with issues related to gender-based violenceDemonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusivity, and accessibility, as well as the ability to work with a wide range of constituencies (staff, students, faculty, administrators)Preferred Qualifications:Juris Doctor or Ed.D/Ph.D in a related field preferred
