The role involves defending and litigating a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges, advising and counseling clients, and representing employers in various legal settings.Job Duties:Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges.Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues.Represent employers in court or arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations.Handle cases related to class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, contract, employment tort, and non-compete issues.Maintain a thorough understanding of current agency (state and federal) procedures.Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.Show meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment effectively.Exhibit strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.Uphold professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork within the firm.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials.Active admission to the California State Bar in good standing.4-6 years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates with an employment law background.Experience with Class Action/PAGA is preferred.Proven ability to manage complex litigation and legal projects.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership in the California State Bar.Skills:Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills.Professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork orientation.One Medical is seeking a Regional Sales Vice President who will be responsible for bringing in business across Southwest region and other key markets with new clients ranging in size from 500 to 10,000 employees.
