What You Can Expect
As the Group Product Manager, Product Led Growth (PLG), you will drive feature adoption and usage across Zoom product portfolios. You will drive cross-product vision, strategy, and execution to drive feature adoption and usage across Zoom’s diverse customer segments. You value user experience and understand end-user and admin workloads to eliminate friction for customers to adopt features.About The Team
The Product Led Growth team leads end-to-end product development efforts, from product discovery to post-launch. This team works with cross-functional teams including: engineering, design, data science, marketing, revenue, and other product teams to systematically develop the PLG playbook and execute on the plan.What We’re Looking For
Experience as a product manager (10+) for highly complex B2B SaaS-based applications and services, and Product Management leadership experience (5+).Experience as a Product Manager with a product-led growth experience.Experience in admin and end-user settings.Experience managing a major product line.Experience in influencing stakeholders and building relationships, with prior experience presenting to executives.Experience: Bachelor’s (Computer Science, Engineering).Minimum
