Active DoD -SecretJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCreate automated patch deployments using Ansible, Tanium, and Puppet to patch and upgrade RedHat Servers and Endpoints.Interpret Nessus scan results to develop remediation strategies for efficient patching.Prevent the blocking of systems by remediating all vulnerabilities within 30 days of publication.Conduct STIG scans and validation to ensure compliance with all applicable security controls.Test patches and upgrades.Process Change Requests for Patch Deployments.QUALIFICATIONSDoD IAT Level II Certification.Linux Computing Environment Certification (Must obtain within 90 days of starting).Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Related Field.Meet or Exceed IAT II 8570 baseline certification requirements.RedHat or Ansible Certifications desired.Strong background in RMF, STIG and compliance.7-10 years of combined Education and Experience administering Linux systems in an enterprise environment.
