The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience in marketing and communications for early and growth-stage crypto companies, with a deep understanding of the web3 ecosystem. They should be an analytically critical thinker, with strong strategic and analytical skills, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns. The role demands an organized, action-oriented individual who can adapt to a constantly changing environment, manage a marketing budget effectively, and ensure that project deliverables are consistently met.
