As an end-to-end solution catering to both large and small Government and Private agencies, our product is renowned for its configurability and scalability, offering efficiency for grantors and a user-friendly experience for grant applicants. We are actively seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to engage with new and existing Grantors, eliciting their requirements and devising strategic plans for the seamless deployment of our turnkey solution. Don't have specific Grants Management product experience? No problem. If you have a background in similar teams related to commercial off-the-shelf products and are eager to advance your career, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Elicit, review, and analyze customers' grant management processes.Document the interpretation of requirements and collaboratively review them with the customer.Utilize gathered requirements to create a comprehensive configuration document for the Grant Management Product.Collaborate with the Development/Configuration Team to formulate an effective product implementation plan.Support the creation of Demo environments for the early stages of the sales lifecycle.Conduct testing on the configured product based on the requirements document.Provide training to customer personnel on the effective use of the product.Collaborate with the Engineering Team to recommend and implement product improvements.Contribute to the standardization and enhancement of the implementation process.Skills and Experience:To ensure success in this role, you will bring:6-8 years of experience working with end users/customers in the implementation, support, and maintenance of Commercial Off-The-Shelf Products in a BA or similar role.Requirements gathering/documentation, Updates to User Manuals.Experience in SQL queries; should be capable of writing complex SQL queries, strong SQL skills are required.Strong experience in VisioCreation of Training handoutsWriting Test Cases and Performing system/regression testingDelivery of training (either classroom or remote)Assist in pre-sales activities/presentations/demos to clients.Use the requirements to create a configuration document for the Grant Management ProductWork with the Development/Configuration Team to prepare the product implementation plan.Finance or Banking or Grants domain will be an added advantage.Product development or Experience working with Product companies will be an added advantage.Ability to break down Epics into user stories, prioritize, groom, and track them within JIRA.Skill in gathering updates, clarifying details, and resolving roadblocks with the team related to the requirements.Highly organized with a keen eye for details and the ability to consistently follow up and follow through to meet deliverables.Influence skills to clarify, represent your point of view, communicate, and refine based on provided feedback.Benefits:At HTC Global Services our associates have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes Health, Dental, Vision, Paid-Time-Off, Paid Holidays, 401K matching, Life and Accidental Death Insurance, Short- and long-term Disability Insurance, and a variety of other offerings.Diversity & InclusionOur success as a company is built on practicing inclusion and embracing diversity.
