Bridge Engineer PrincipalJob LocationsUS-WV-MartinsburgOverviewCEC is rapidly expanding our team, and we are looking for a motivated Principal Bridge Engineer to develop, manage and lead bridge design projects in the Martinsburg, WV market. As a CEC Principal, business development, overall quality, and leading production and staff are key responsibilities. Come lead some of the top engineers and professionals in the industry. This position will provide an opportunity for career advancement while contributing to the firm's growth in bridge engineering.Responsibilities:Lead design, planning, and project delivery to create an excellent client experienceContribute towards the development of CEC's strategy that focuses on providing best-in-class client service to serve our current clients and to grow our client baseCollaborate on project pursuits, proposals, scope, and schedulesLead multi-discipline design efforts including geotechnical, roadway, permitting, and othersProvide quality assurance review of project-related documentationCoach and mentor staff across all career levelsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringP.E. registration in WV, or ability to be registered with reciprocity15+ years of proven success assembling plan sets and leading design-build and design-bid-build projectsPrior proposal development and client relationship successProficiency with Microsoft Office requiredProficiency with MicroStation, Civil 3D, and bridge design softwareDemonstrated communication and team leadership skillsWorking experience with marketing, business development, project pursuits, and proposal preparation a plusAbout UsWe have experts!
