One of Vaco's manufacturing clients has engaged in a search to find a Regional Accounting & Finance Manager to support their office here in Dallas. This is a blended role between supporting day-to-day accounting and business support for operations and the field (reviewing & interpreting results, strategy discussions, having a seat at the table with internal partners regarding budgeting & forecasting.)

Day-to-day
Coordinate and oversee the month-end and year-end close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide management with accurate and timely financial information for decision-making.Lead and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster professional development and ensure high-quality work.Stay current with accounting regulations, standards, and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices and process improvements.Scoping out KPI's and tying results into the financial reportingAd hoc analysis for new projects including CapEx requests and justification
Qualifications and Skills:

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:the individual's skill sets, experience and training;licensure and certification requirements;office location and other geographic considerations;other business and organizational needs.With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
