Litigation Partner

A law firm based in Miami, FL, is seeking a highly experienced Litigation Partner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation, a proven track record of successful case outcomes, and the ability to lead and mentor junior associates.Duties:Lead and manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters from inception through trial and appealProvide strategic guidance and counsel to clients on legal matters, including risk assessment and dispute resolutionConduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsRepresent clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and mediationsCollaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and achieve client objectivesMentor and supervise junior associates and support staffMaintain client relationships and cultivate new business opportunities for the firmRequirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Florida Bar, in good standingMinimum of 8 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on litigationProven track record of successful case outcomes and client satisfactionStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesDemonstrated commitment to professional development and continuing legal educationCertifications:Membership in relevant professional organizations such as the American Bar Association or the Florida Bar AssociationCertifications or specializations in litigation or trial advocacy are desirable but not requiredSkills:Extensive knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and substantive law related to litigation mattersProficiency in legal research tools and databasesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective courtroom advocacy and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software401(k) retirement plan with employer contributionsContributions to health and dental insurance plansDisability coverage for eligible employeesCompany infoBCG Attorney Search801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900MiamiFloridaUnited States 33131Phone :
