Compensation : $59.75 - $59.75 Hourly Client Job Ref ID : 140807 Shift Description : Night Shift 19:00 - 07:30 Hours Travel Contract - Registered Nurse - CRCU/ICU Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States - 53211Job Title: Travel Contract - Registered Nurse CRCU/ICU Number of positions: 1 Shift: Night shifts- 40 hours Duration: 16 weeks Start Date: 06/30/2023 Hourly pay: $59.75 OT: 1.5 Weekly Pay: $2,151 JOB DESCRIPTION Department: Nurse Staffing Shift Timings: Night Shift 19:00 - 07:30 Hours Roles & Responsibilities Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. EOW Holidays: Yes CVICU & Neuro experience preferred but not required - will float to Neuro ICU and Burn ICU - will be given patients within skill set; may be given patient assignments that are Med/Surg/IMC if needed; may need to float to other sites within 40 mile radius QUALIFICATIONS Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire. Required minimum of 1 year of neuro and cardiovascular experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing required Requirements: COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster. SKILLS/ ABILITIES/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills. Participates in relevant continuing education programs. Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients. Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise. A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital. Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
