In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive growth and shape the future of our new core curriculum program, Takeoff by IXL.This is a remote position for candidates located in either the San Francisco or Los Angeles areas of California.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGIntroduce our new math core curriculum program to new and existing customersPartner with IXL Learning K-12 field sales management and sales representatives to strategize, present, and execute IXL’s core curriculum math program in your assigned region, building strong relationships with these teamsDevelop a keen understanding of customer needs and values in order to provide personalized assistance throughout the sales process and adoption cycleLeverage market and product knowledge to increase salesDeliver highly effective presentations to a wide variety of educators including administrators and teachersDemonstrate a strong understanding of all IXL productsUnderstand and keep up-to-date with ever-changing market trendsPartner with sales reps to prospect specific district and state departmentsPreparation work for state and local adoptionsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR5+ years of teaching and/or school administrative experienceBackground in Math, understanding of curriculum is a strengthPrior core adoption experienceExceptional presentation skills, as well as one-on-one conversational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable with educational technology (Tech-savvy)Passion for bringing technology into the classroomAptitude for working under pressure and meeting deadlinesDemonstrated success at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finishAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to travel up to 85% of the timeMust live no more than 45 minutes from a major airportABOUT IXL LEARNINGIXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
