The candidate must have deep expertise in at-least one SAP module and working knowledge in multiple SAP modules like FI, MM/WM, SD, PP etc. The candidate should be able to paint the big picture and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and out of the box best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for architecting, designing and helping to build innovative solutions around SAP S/4HANAHelp in Pre-Sales activities as needed - participate in solutioning, client presentations, assessmentsLead and support S/4HANA pursuits and help customer to define their digital roadmapProactive and self-motivated work ethicsWork with teams located across multiple geographyLead business requirements discussions with customer to Implement S/4HANA solutionProvide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer's business needsUnderstand the SAP roadmap for S/4HANA and become a trusted advisor for clients in driving their S/4HANA adoptionReview project deliverables (e.g. benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master list (BPML), business process design document to ensure they meet project objectivesBuild and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliationsEstimate total effort for all the application teamsContribute to knowledge base of the SAP PracticeTechnical ExperienceOver 18 years of overall SAP implementation and support experienceAt least 4+ years in S/4HANA including implementation5+ years of SAP Solution Architect or Project/Integration Manager experienceShould be able to articulate and demonstrate S/4 functionalities including FioriKnowledge of S/4HANA Best Practices and Enterprise ArchitectureConversant with Agile, Activate methodologiesDeep understanding of integration with other systems like Hybris Commerce, Sales, Service, Marketing, Ariba, Hybris, Fieldglass, HANA Studio, Analytics is desiredMust know processes and configurations in the at-least one area and working knowledge in other areas e.g. Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and its integration with each otherThorough understanding of the multiple SAP modules and the ability to research & apply business best practicesExperience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experienceDemonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with senior executivesUndergraduate degree in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus (preferred)Masters, MBA or advanced degree in MIS or Computer Science highly preferred
