Lead and contribute to diverse compensation projects encompassing program design, analysis, budgeting, and program implementation.Conduct comprehensive analysis to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and competitiveness of existing compensation programs, developing reports, dashboards, and metrics to identify trends and opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and administer wage structures, incentives, and rewards programs aligned with organizational objectives, emphasizing pay equity and transparency.Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on significant compensation initiatives, identifying enhancement opportunities and recommending and implementing approved changes to processes and policies.Support the annual compensation planning cycle, ensuring the proper functionality of compensation planning systems and conducting analyses to support compensation programs and budgeting processes.Drive communication and change management efforts for compensation programs, facilitating understanding across the organization.Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Payroll to fulfill pay equity compliance reporting requirements and prepare presentations and graphical illustrations for leadership reviews.Partner with HRIS to ensure accurate compensation-related HR data, acting as a compensation SME for system implementations impacting compensation.Participate in compensation surveys, maintaining an up-to-date market data database and collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development to align job descriptions with market standards.Ensure compliance of compensation programs with federal, state, and local regulations, collaborating with the total rewards team on projects such as total compensation statements.Desired Skills and Experience

RequirementsOver 5 years of hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and administering comprehensive compensation, recognition, and rewards programs encompassing base pay, variable pay, pay equity, and pay transparency.Demonstrated proficiency in developing policies and processes to ensure compliance and organizational success, with a focus on salary administration practices including job analysis, benchmarking, pay equity analysis, pay structure development, incentive plan design, and reporting.Proactive problem-solver with a track record of identifying opportunities for change and implementing effective solutions.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), utilizing these tools for data analysis, reporting, and communication. Preferred Qualifications2+ years of experience in administering or developing human resource policies and employee benefit plans, with knowledge of employee benefit programs including health and welfare, retirement, and leaves of absence.CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), PHR/SPHR (Professional in Human Resources/Senior Professional in Human Resources).Flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs, with a preference for experience in the manufacturing industry.Strong relationship-building skills, capable of collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships.Your Name:
