From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver leading edge Medicare and Commercial strategy and operations capabilities to our clients.The Work:As a HealthRules Payer Configuration Leader, your primary responsibilities may include:Lead the overall Configuration design and development of the HealthRules Payer product solution across client, business, technology, and compliance perspectives.Oversee day-to-day Configuration activities.Understand changes in healthcare regulations proactively with our compliance partners and maintain configuration as required to maintain compliance.Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for Configuration functions.Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and meeting or exceeding service level agreements.Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here’s what you need:Minimum of 3 years of experience in HealthRules Payer configuration, with a strong background in Medicare Advantage plans and Claims Administration.Minimum of 3 years of experience working with health insurance processes, including claims processing, enrollment, benefits, and provider management.Minimum of 3 years of experience leading configuration efforts for large-scale system implementations or upgrades.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional, global teams.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience).Proficiency in managing multiple complex customizations client arrangements.Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resource plans.Experienced a leadership role in a diverse, fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.Experience in Market Prominence, Availity, Zipari, or PaySpan/Zelis.Experience migrating a plan to a new technology platform.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
