A multinational consumer goods company looking for an experienced Demand & Supply Planning Manager.
Your new company
You will be working for a multinational consumer goods company known for its production of household, health care, and personal products, serving millions of consumers worldwide. This Demand & Supply Planning Manager position will be based in Selangor.
Your new role
As the Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you are responsible for ensuring all demand and supply planning is done through the system and tools (SAP/APO/IBP), ensuring everything is integrated as systems change.
You will need to ensure the accuracy of planning data, and to establish a forecast plan that matches supply & demand.
You will also be responsible for planning and analysing different scenarios and be agile to update all stakeholders regarding any supply shortages to meet demand needs.
You will also be in charge of simplifying the number of stockkeeping units (SKUs), creating and implementing a robust plan for managing inventory.
You will be the key person to monitor monthly Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like inventory, service level, accuracy of demand plan, SKU productivity, slow-moving and obsolete inventory (slob), SKU Sold & SKU Productivity.
What you'll need to succeed
Solid supply chain experience with functional technical knowledge of Demand and Supply Planning.
Strong organisational, project management and coordination skills.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to mine and interpret data.
Well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
Proven systems experience, including SAP and Google Tools.
