Job Description
This is an onsite JOB. We need someone to be in our Harrison NJ office 5 days a week.
What You'll Do...Lead and inspire a high-performing team while overseeing day-to-day recruiting operations and individual req load. Report on key team recruiting metrics to executive management.Actively pursue new clients, maintain existing clients, and build client relations.Conduct meetings with client IT hiring managers to understand current openings and prioritize key requirementsProactively source, network, screen, and qualify candidates to present to hiring managers while ensuring a diverse candidate poolAnalyze market data to make recommendations to hiring managers on the most effective recruiting strategiesManage and promote the DEREX brand through internal and external job sites, social media, and professional associationsSchedule and conduct comprehensive interviews to achieve hiring goalsDeliver a superior candidate experience by providing excellent communication and timely follow-up regarding their current status within the searchUpdate candidate records and job postings in the applicant tracking system in a timely manner.Qualifications
What You'll Bring...
10+ years' experience in a full life cycle recruiter/lead role, focused on hiring IT professionalsProven ability and desire to effectively lead and inspire a team while overseeing day-to-day recruiting operations and individual req loadPassion and proven track record for developing strong and diverse candidate pipelines by using a multi-pronged approach to IT sourcingExperience leveraging technology to manage workflow, improve processes, and the ability to use data/metrics to diagnose and improve team performanceAdvanced experience with social media and recruiting sourcing toolsExcellent written/verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously and with a sense of urgencyAbility to work effectively with a variety of different people at all levels within the organizationSelf-starter who approaches challenges with emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving skillsExperience working with applicant tracking software systems and analytics toolsProficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and OutlookBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
