Skill: Business Analyst with Equity Swaps• Swaps Technology dev analyst/scrum master will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring dev team delivers on defined deliverables.• The candidate will work directly with all members of the dev team (other analysts, developers, qa), our business users (Delta One Trading, Middle Office, Operations) and other development teams.• This person will communicate the work objectives, coordinate deliveries, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. Responsibilities will also include documenting requirements, analysis and testing results.Core Skills:• Understanding of equity trading; equity swaps a plus.• Understanding of BDD/TDD.• Understanding of the development process/cycle.• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.• bility to work independently and as part of a team.• Strong ability to interact, communicate, and influence vertically and horizontally.• Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding.• bility to navigate in complex and changing environment.• bility to navigate JIRA and Confluence docs.
